Ink Cartridge manufacturers
Original ink cartridges are new items made by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) - ie. the printer manufacturer.
Compatible ink cartridges are new items made by manufacturers that are independent of the OEM; for these cartridges, the print-head is usually contained within the printer.

Remanufactured ink cartridges were originally made by the OEM, but have been cleaned and refilled by independent companies; these cartridges usually contain the print-head.
Stock Availability
Items are normally available from stock.
Where the Shop indicates that stock of a required item is not available, please send an email and you will be informed of the expected date for despatch to you (normally the next weekday). Should you wish to order it, please let us know so that we can enable you to place your order in the usual manner. The goods will be despatched when available; you will be contacted if there is any further delay, so that you can make the appropriate decision.
